Work with me

An overview of the options

Every business is different. Some people need a quick fix, others a deep review, and some want to build or migrate whole systems. To make it simple, I’ve created a set of offers that meet you where you are.

Clarity Call

A (free) 45-minute chat where you can ask questions and plan the best way forward for your business.

  • Great if you’re not sure what you need yet.

  • We’ll look at your goals, your tech setup, and the options ahead.

Ideal first step if you’re wondering which of my offers fits you best.

Fixit – £80

Fixit is a one-off solution for a single, well-defined problem that’s getting in your way.

  • Something broken? I’ll track it down and put it right

  • Typical examples: fixing your email deliverability, repairing a form, or troubleshooting a website error

  • Can also cover small tweaks or adjustments that make a big difference to how your system runs

Audit – from £245

A structured review of your tech and processes.

  • Covers a function (e.g. lead capture, mailing list), a process, or your tech stack as a whole.

  • I’ll look at how well your systems support your goals, whether they’re integrated, compliant, and cost-effective.

  • You’ll get a written report and a wrap-up call to go through it.

Ideal if you suspect something’s not working, but you’re not sure what.

Moveit - price varies

Migrating from one system to another — where existing data and integrations need to come across.

  • Includes data cleansing, mapping, and import.

  • Recreates or replaces your essential integrations.

  • Leaves you with a clean, working system without losing your history.

Buildit vs Moveit

If you want a brand-new system, that’s Buildit.
If you’re switching systems and need to bring your data and connections with you, that’s Moveit.

Making Tax Digital

Making Tax Digital (MTD) is HMRC’s shift towards digital record‑keeping and sending updates from approved software, rather than doing everything in a last-minute scramble with spreadsheets and a login. I’ll help you get set up, move your existing records across safely, and understand what you need to do in real life to stay compliant.

  • Set up a finance platform that works with how your business runs (QuickBooks, Xero, FreeAgent or Coconut, or something else)
  • Move your records across into the new system (so that you can track your finance history)
  • Help you set up a regular routine to keep on top of your record-keeping and submissions (I can also help with the bookkeeping!)

Ongoing Support

Some clients prefer to keep me around beyond a one-off project. With ongoing support, you get:

  • A regular block of time each month for tweaks, improvements, or troubleshooting

  • Priority response for unexpected issues

  • Peace of mind that someone who knows your systems is keeping an eye on them

Support can be flexible — from a few hours each month to a bigger retainer if you’re constantly evolving your setup.

FAQ

How do I know which option is right for me?Start with a Clarity Call if you’re unsure. We’ll talk through your goals, what’s working (and what isn’t), and I’ll suggest whether a quick Fixit, a deeper Audit, or a full Buildit/Moveit is the best fit.

What if my problem doesn’t fit neatly into one category? That’s common. If it’s small and specific, it’s usually a Fixit. If it’s bigger or touches multiple systems, it may need an Audit first. And if you’re moving or creating something new, we’ll shape a Buildit or Moveit project around your needs.

How quickly can you fix things? For a Fixit, I aim to turn it around fast once we’ve had our intro call and you’ve given me access. Bigger projects like Buildit or Moveit take longer, and I’ll give you a timeline up front.

Do you work with my existing tools, or only certain platforms?I’m platform-agnostic. I work across most of the systems small businesses and charities use — from website builders and email marketing platforms, to CRMs, scheduling tools, finance software, and project management apps. I also work extensively with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, and I’m happy to get to grips with new tools if that’s what you use.

What if I just want to talk things through?Sometimes running a business can feel overwhelming and we don't know where to start. I'm happy to have an initial call with you to help you shape your thoughts and plan what your next steps may be. Book a Clarity Call if you'd like 45 minutes just to talk through your options.

Do you offer ongoing support after a project?Yes. If you’d like me to stay involved, I can provide a set number of hours each month for tweaks, updates, or troubleshooting. That way you’ve got peace of mind without committing to a big retainer unless you need one.

How do you handle sensitive data and compliance?I take GDPR and data protection seriously. I’ll work with you to make sure migrations, integrations, and processes are compliant, and I won’t share your data with third parties.

How do payments work? The Fixit fee of £80 is paid after I've completed the work. Audit, Buildit and Moveit are invoiced upon completion, unless the build will take longer than a month in which case I'll invoice in stages, normally on a monthly basis. I’ll always confirm the cost and payment plan before we start.

Do you work with individual consumers or only businesses?I work exclusively with businesses (including sole traders and freelancers), non-profits, and organisations. My services are designed for business systems, operations, and technology – not personal or home tech support. If you run a business (even if it's just you!), you're in the right place.

I'm a sole trader working from home - am I a business?Yes! If you're working as a coach, consultant, freelancer, or any kind of self-employed professional, you're operating a business - even if it's just you. The distinction is about why you're buying the service. If you need help with your business systems, client management, or professional tech setup, that's what I do. "Consumer" means buying something for personal or family use (like getting help with your home computer or personal email).

What size of business do you work with?I specialise in working with non-profits, solo entrepreneurs, and small businesses (typically teams of 1-20 people). If you're unsure whether I'm the right fit, book a free 15-minute intro call and we can chat.

Working with Lucy was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. She’s a complete genius when it comes to tech and business systems -  there’s nothing she can’t figure out, even if she’s never used a platform before. She untangled the chaos I’d been working around for years and built the systems and structure that keep everything running smoothly today. Every key system and process we use was set up by her, including choosing the right tech solution for each job.

If you're overwhelmed by admin and systems chaos, or you're a small business owner feeling stuck and confused when it comes to tech, Lucy is who you need. I recommend her to any business owner ready to get out of the weeds and spend more time on strategic, high-value work.
