Some jobs are bigger than a one-off fix. That’s where Buildit comes in.

Maybe you’ve been trying to run your business from a patchwork of spreadsheets. Maybe you’ve got half a funnel built in one platform and half in another, and nothing quite joins up. Or maybe you’re just tired of doing everything manually when you know the tech could be working harder for you.

Buildit is my “done-for-you” offer for larger projects that need designing and building from scratch.

What it might look like

Task management

Create a project or team management system to manage tasks and automate workflows. Options include Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion... or the system of your choice.

Launch funnel

If you're launching an online product you'll need sign-up and sales pages, webinar hosting and an email sequence. These can be in one platform (like Kajabi) or spread across several (like WordPress, MailChimp and Zoom), either way I can create the funnel that works for your business.

Booking system

Let clients book calls directly (via Acuity, Calendly or TidyCal) and bring their details into your CRM. Give an option to sign up for your newsletter when booking and record their GDPR-compliant consent in your email platform - so you don't lose the opportunity to follow up.

Membership site

Create a members’ area with gated content, payments, and email onboarding, linked to your learning resources. There are so many options, ranging in complexity and price, and I can help you work out which fits your business need.

Email marketing system

Choosing the right platform (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo, ConvertKit), setting up templates, automations, and tagging from the off. Create opt-in forms on your website or link from social media so that you never miss out on potential sales.

Reporting dashboard

Measure what matters, and pull together the data from different tools into a central place using Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Notion dashboards so you can see what’s going on in your business at a glance.

Resource management

Bring order to your business resources with a central hub. This might be an internal team site in SharePoint, with documents, policies and links so your team can actually find (and use) what they need. Or simply get your OneDrive or Google Workspace properly organised.

Website build

A fresh website built on WordPress (or another platform if it suits better). I’ll create a clean structure with the essentials you need: homepage, about, offers, contact form, and mailing list signup — plus room to grow as your business does.

Accounts platform setup

Move away from messy spreadsheets and get your finances under control with QuickBooks Online or Xero. I’ll set up your chart of accounts, link your bank feed, and create simple reporting so you can see exactly what’s happening with your money.

How it works

We’ll start with a Clarity Call (free 45 minute call) to talk through what you need. After that, I’ll send you a proposal with a fixed project price. I work out my quotes from my hourly rate, but once I’ve committed, the price is the price – even if it takes me longer.

I’ll need access to the platforms involved (safely and securely). I’ll also need input from you. The design and structure should suit the way you run your business, and you’ll need to understand it enough to manage it afterwards.

When the build is done, I’ll record a set of short videos showing you exactly how everything works: how the integrations fit together, what you can change, and how to make the system your own.

At that point you can take the build and run with it. Or, if you’d rather not have the worry, you can keep me on hand for a small monthly fee of £15 to deal with tweaks and questions.

The aftercare package is designed for light support – to cover troubleshooting, answering questions, and making sure things tick along. I'll also stomp any bugs that have crept into the system.

If you need more intensive ongoing support, we can talk about a higher tier.

FAQ

How much will it cost?

It depends on the size of the project. Most builds fall between £500–£2,000. After your Clarity Call I’ll give you a fixed quote.

How long will it take?

Simple builds may take a week. Larger projects (like funnels or full team systems) may take 3–6 weeks. We’ll agree the timeline up front.

Do I need to give you my passwords?

Yes, I’ll need access to the platforms involved. We’ll handle this securely, with clear GDPR-compliant processes.

Will I be able to use the system myself afterwards?

Yes. Part of the build is making sure you understand it — through input during design and via clear training videos at handover.

What if I don’t want to manage it myself?

That’s fine. I can keep things running for you for a small monthly fee.

What platforms do you work with?

I’m platform-agnostic — I’ll recommend and work with the tools that best fit your business and integrate with what you already use. That could mean website builders like WordPress or Squarespace, email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Brevo, CRMs like Capsule or Hubspot, or all-in-one platforms like Kajabi. I also work with scheduling tools, finance systems such as QuickBooks and Xero, project management platforms like Asana or ClickUp, and integration tools including Zapier, Make, and Microsoft Power Automate. On top of that, I work extensively with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and I’m always open to learning new platforms if that’s what you use.
