Business Customers Only

The Clarity Call is available to businesses only. This includes sole traders, freelancers, consultants, coaches, and small business owners. By booking, you confirm that you are requesting this call for your trade, business, craft or profession, and not for personal, household or family purposes.

Service

The Clarity Call is a free 45-minute online meeting to discuss your business needs and whether my services may be a good fit.
No fee is payable

Nature of the Call

The call is exploratory only. It is not intended to provide full consultancy, technical advice, or legal advice.
No contract for services is created as a result of the Clarity Call. If you wish to proceed with paid services (such as a Fixit or consultancy project), this will be subject to separate terms.

Confidentiality

Information shared during the Clarity Call will be treated as confidential.
Each party agrees not to disclose the other's confidential information, except as required by law.

Data Protection

We will process your personal data (such as name, email, and contact details) in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Limitation of Liability

As the call is free and exploratory, our liability to you in connection with the Clarity Call is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
